What makes my training different?

Are you ready for some fun to go with your fitness?

  • Have you ever felt like most trainers are just naturally in shape and have never really experienced not being in good shape? Well that’s what makes my training different-my own personal experience of waking up one day and not recognizing the person in the mirror…or at least not being too happy with who I’d let myself become.

    I know what it’s like to be in a not so great place and what it takes to overcome while being a husband and father. Here’s what I want you to know. If I can do it you can too! It’s possible.

    Regardless of where you are starting from you have the potential to give yourself a strong foundation of strength and wellness for the life you were called to live.

  • Because I know what it’s like to start from a specific point I understand the importance of meeting my clients where they ARE, not where they need to be.

    It’s vital to assess, not guess when designing an exercise, nutrition and lifestyle program. Knowing that you are not in this alone and that you have someone who is monitoring and assessing your progress and then adapting accordingly helps you to continually move forward at a pace that serves you best.

  • I get it. Not everyone has time to be in the gym 5 days a week for several hours at a time. You have a life and you want to live it. That’s why the programs I design are gym friendly, home friendly and even vacation friendly when needed. You need the freedom and flexibility with your training so that you’ll be able to maintain and make this a lifestyle change that lasts.

    By using remote training through TrueCoach clients find greater opportunities for success with exercise without restriction of schedules.

  • One of my favorite statements is “just show up.” It’s really true, one of the biggest battles to working out is just taking the first step of showing up for the workout. That’s why I’ve taken steps to make showing up worthwhile.

    As your coach I provide you with the use of my Private studio, affordable training plans as well as my own continuous education and learning to provide better ways to help clients meet your goals.
